Samantha Lemole grew up in Philadelphia and received a degree in English Literature and Drama from Mount Holyoke College. After graduation, she continued her theater training at the British American Drama Academy in London, before moving to Los Angeles to study with Howard Fine, Warner Laughlin, Stan Kirsch, and at the Lesley Kahn Studio.

Samantha’s work in television and movies has included roles as Selma Blair’s best friend in Legally Blonde, and a female lead in Saw 5 and 6.Recently she and Selma were reunited in the critically acclaimed  2017 Toronto Film Festival Premiere, Mom and Dad, which also stared Nicholas Cage. She has also cultivated her creative talents by taking the screenwriting course at the prestigious Writers Boot Camp, and showing her artwork in galleries throughout the city.

Samantha comes from a close-knit family of high achievers, including her father, the youngest member of first successful heart transplant team; her brother, one of the neurosurgeons who saved Gabby Giffords; and her brother-in-law, television’s Dr. Oz. In addition, her mother is a minister and her sister is a reiki master. Her other brother, Chris Lemole has taken Hollywood by storm, having recently produced the film Mudbound, which is high on every ones Oscar List for 2018.

 Samantha and her husband, filmmaker George Griffith, live in Los Angeles with their two children.
